Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Package Your Bedding

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure box, ensuring all components are included, and attach the shipping label.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
